«Aspect» vapor generator of analytical probes of metal samples

Integral atomic emission spectrum analysis systems with «MAES» analyser are measuring devices for fractions of total mass of detected elements of substances and materials (powders. metals, alloys) in accordance with a documentary standard documents on measurement methods (MM). № 33011-11 in Russian state registry of measuring devices.

Integral solution consists of a MAES analyser, spectrum excitation source and other additional devices.

"Aspect" vapor generator of analytical probes of metal samples provides:

  • control of the atomic-emission spectral analysis complex - MAES analyser, generator "Sharovaya Molniya", external devices control;
  • unipolar spark discharge  between the tungsten counter electrode and the samples surface - Ingots of precious metals or other metal samples;
  • adjustment of the sample erosion intensity by changing the repetition rate and power of spark pulses generated by computer-controlled semiconductor spark generator;
  • stability and quality of sparking controlled by the built-in spectrometer through fiber-optics channel;
  • Adjustable high-purity argon stream passes through the spark discharge zone in a sealed discharge chamber, picks up the particles of the sample obtained by the spark erosion of the surface and transports them in the form of an aerosol into the mixer/atomizer burner zone inductively coupled plasma-optical emission spectrometer;
  • high purity argon stream is controlled and regulated by the mass flow controller with a microprocessor control in the range from 0.5 to 3 litres per minute. Stability of feed 0.01 litres per minute.

"Atom" software provides control of all components, control the argon flow, generator engaging, settings saving.

Features

wave

"Aspect" vapor generator of analytical probes of metal samples is intended to produce metal samples aerosols (vapor) in a controlled argon atmosphere by spark erosion and argon aerosol flow direction in inductively coupled plasma (ICP) atomic emission optical or mass spectrometer.
