«Grand» – multichannel optical-emission spectrometers

 

The spectrometer we produce are coming with MAES analysers in accordance to analytical task.
Systems based on the spectrometers that we produce are a measuring devices for a fractions of total mass of detected elements of substances and materials (№ 33011-06 in Russian state registry of measuring devices).

The delivery set consists of spectrometer with MAES preinstalled in it, stand with arc/spark semiconductor generator, a computer, a table and a chair, printer stand, and some additional equipment as well - probe preparation machine, calibration probe sets for initial setup and routine control, etc.

To eliminate temperature changes, excess light and dust, spectrometers can be equipped with a special protective case. Inside of such case there is a dust-catcher and a noiseless fan, which creates an excessive air pressure and a ventilation of an inside area.

This spectrometer is designed to perform direct qualitative and quantitative spectrum analysis of different substances and materials (powders, metals, liquids) in industrial and research labs.

"Grand" is created in accordance to Paschen–Runge scheme and based on nonclassical concave grating with two MAES analysers (12 and 8 photodiode arrays). Arrays are forming 500mm radius. GRAND includes special table, optical rail and a set of condensers. Grand-1500 incorporates classical concave grating and two MAES analysers with 14 photodiode arrays each. Arrays are forming 750mm radius.

For extensive protection from temperature changes, excess light and dust, spectrometers can be equipped with a special protective enclosure, "Extra". Inside of this enclosure there is a dust-catcher and a noiseless fan, which creates an excessive air pressure and a ventilation of an inside area.

This enclosure can be painted in the color of your choice. Fan, air filter, generator, closed circulation water cooling unit are accessible through the special removable revision panes.

«Grand» spectrometers come with electric arc stand for analysis of powder samples using the pour-blowing method «Potok» or with spectroanalytical stand «Globula» with with «Sharovaya Molniya» generator.
It may come with an extra display, desk for powder samples, closed circulation water cooling unit and other equipment accordingly to the spectrum excitation source.
